    We went for the Sunday brunch.
    $16.00 each .
    The price is reasonable and the food pretty good.
    Eggs benny bacon waffles sausages fruits and desert .
    The wait staff was good . Very attentive and the coffee was actually really good I would say better than most.
    This place is old and worn and has had a very poor reputation in the past. I am happy to say it's actually pretty good.
    If the  quality could improve a bit and maybe paint it would be the go to breakfast location.

    This restaurant is located at the Highwayman Inn & Conference Centre in Orillia.   Went there during the week.  The place was empty save for a few locals sitting around the bar laughing and carrying on loudly.  It was not inviting at all.   The local drunks were leering at me and made me completely uncomfortable and one even had nerve to come over to where I was looking me up and down in his drunken state.

    I picked up and left so I can't even comment on the food, but as a woman they definitely made me uncomfortable.  I won't be going back to this place.

    My husband and I visited this restaurant for breakfast last Wednesday. Besides us there was only one other table occupied by two women and their clan of unruly offspring who were screaming and climbing all over the window sill directly beside our table. The waitress said nothing to stop any of this and was completely unpleasant. It seemed as though we were bothering her by being there. The actual meal was satisfactory, but I opened three individual packets of jam which were all unusable because they were so old and dried out. Oddly enough we had visited this restaurant a few months prior for the Sunday breakfast buffet where the waitress was equally rude. It seems coffee is at a premium in this restaurant. One cup and they forget you exist. And don't bother asking for anything because you will be met with hostility. I won't bother these poor waitresses again by attended this restaurant. I wouldn't want to ruin their day by expecting them to do their jobs. Not to mention, after seeing the state of the jam tray, I wish I hadn't consumed any of their questionable food to begin with. I'm afraid to know how old the rest of the food was.
